Job Title: Medicare Marketing Account Executive
Job Description: Maximize Medicare sales enrollment within the Paramount Southern Ohio service area to meet budgeted enrollment quotas and revenue projections. Realize continued new account sales, current client retention and increased penetration of current clients at annual renewals.Reports to the Sr. Coordinator Medicare Broker Sales. No positions report to this position.This position is located in the PHC Cinn. Office, serving the Greater Dayton Elite Service Area. This position is located in the PHC Cinncinnati office, serving the Greater Dayton Elite Service Area - 11590 Century Blvd. Suite 200.Cincinnati, OH 45246. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Education: Associates degree. License: •Current HMO License, State of Ohio•Valid Driver’s License. Years of Experience: •3-5 years Health Insurance Sales required. Skills: •Excellent oral (public speaking) and written communication skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently required.•Strong Microsoft Office skills required. Advanced Excel user required. Access experience preferred.•Ability to move between company work stations, floors and departments; ability to communicate on telephones; ability to travel independently throughout plan service area in personal automobile; ability to carry light loads.•Self-directed individual with excellent time-management skills. •Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.•Strong team player. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors Business Administration - Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Medicare sales strongly preferred.
