Gain a better understanding of professionals Ethical Conduct by reviewing definition of Ethics and other terms when describing ethical situations. Why Ethics are important, can Ethics be taught, working with unethical people and what we do with them? Differences between Ethical and Legal conduct. Deciding between right and wrong. The importance of Public opinion especially when there is bad publicity. Understanding customer expectation. Dealing with workplace abuse. Also, during the presentation there will be exercises meant to stimulate group conversation for the class and go over what has been learned from the class.
