Agents:

SIRCON provides online information for Ohio education transcripts and credits, approved providers, and approved courses.  Please contact Prometric at 800-532-2170 if you have any questions.

To check your Ohio CE credits, click on the For Producers/Agents link on the SIRCON home page. On the next screen, click on the Obtain Education Information link. On the next screen, click on Education Transcript Inquiry and select Ohio as the state.  To get your transcript you will need both your license number and SSN.

To search for approved providers and courses, click on the For Producers/Agents link on the SIRCON home page. On the next screen, click on the Obtain Education Information link. On the following screen click on Approved Courses Inquiry.  You can search by either pre-license education or continuing education type.  To get the phone numbers for the providers, click on the provider name.  All providers and courses on www.sircon.com are approved for Ohio ED credit.

Prometric maintains all data in your education record.  For any credit discrepancies, please contact the course provider or Prometric at 800-532-2170.

Providers:

Prometric processes all education transactions that are submitted on paper.  Only electronic course completions and course offerings can be processed through the SIRCON website.
